Creating smaller recaps and lists from the load list

Both the load list and the load list recap show all containers that depart on a specific vessel voyage. However, you can create sub-lists and sub-recaps that show fewer containers. For example, you can create a list or recap that shows only Los Angeles-bound T20 containers that have arrived at the terminal.

To create a sub-list or sub-recap:

1. From the Vessel menu, select Load List Recap.

2. In the recap window, sort the container counts by the required attributes.

3. Do one of the following:

• To create a sub-list, click a cell with the List tool .

A list of the containers in the cell opens.

• To create a sub-recap, double-click a cell with the Recap tool .

A recap of the containers in the cell opens.
